Christian leaders had been silent over ‘Pride In Christ’ in the past.
“PROUD OF JESUS” would have far-reaching impact on Christian publications…
– PROUD OF JESUS would start a new era of much more thought provoking and interesting Christian publications with titles such as … “Is Jesus Worthy Of Pride?” – “Why Should Christians be PROUD of Jesus?” – “ARE YOU PROUD OF JESUS?” – “PROUD OF CROSS” – “PRIDE IN CHRIST” – “PRIDE IN JESUS” and beyond. – Christians would be able to brag or boast about anything … about their talents, achievements, knowledge, wealth, etc.. ( “If you boast…..” – Galatians 6:14 )
It is our hope that ‘PROUD OF JESUS’ would transcend Churches, Synagogues, Mosques and temples of all denominations. It is our greatest desire to build a global network of believers of all faiths who are PROUD of Jesus and His Gospel!
Being PROUD of Jesus does not mean that we can disregard or disrespect other religions. On the contrary, the Church has said that other religions, though different from our own, often reflect “a ray of that Truth” which enlightens all human beings. (Nostra Aetate, a. 2) – His teachings are worthy of praise and honor, every word that came out of the lips of Jesus had a meaning, teachings of Jesus are commonly shared . Jesus was a model for behavior and social harmony…1 Corinthians 1:10 · Colossians 3:13-14
The desire to bring glory to Christ in a much more meaningful way led to “PROUD OF JESUS” in 2012 by a small group of believers of diverse faiths who believe peoples of all color, races and faiths are created by the same loving God and are all oriented toward the same God as their ultimate destination, and will be judged based on their “ACTIONS”.
“PROUD OF JESUS” was presented to the world as a Movement of “Pride In Christ” in 2017 by “Josh Elwood”.
Love doesn’t necessarily breed Pride but Pride breeds Love.
