Jesus spoke on this issue clearly:- Luke 9:26 states “If anyone is ashamed of me and my words in this adulterous and sinful generation, the Son of Man will be ashamed of them when he comes in his Father’s glory with the holy angels.”
– I seek forgiveness from God for overlooking the biblical significance of being PROUD of Jesus and His Gospel!
Peter, after all, was so ashamed of Jesus that he denied the Lord before others, but Jesus forgave Peter when he repented! – (Luke 22:31–32)
